Webbers Customer Care

As an innovative and forward thinking Estate Agency Webbers have a head office based “customer care” team managed by Karlie Baker.  This initiative will serve to add considerably to our drive to provide “exceptional” customer care and, in addition, give our clients the ability to talk to us until 8pm Monday to Friday.
 
We want to be more accessible to our customers, to be there when you need us most and many people looking to buy rent, sell or let need the ability to talk after hours – we work harder because we work longer!

• Book and arrange viewings and valuations for homes across the region.
• A national referral service – we can arrange a valuation for you anywhere in the UK.
• We can explain our “Guaranteed Service” for home sellers.
• We can help you with your moving costs.
• We’ll put you in touch with the right Webbers office or department.

The Team

The team is led by Karlie Baker (Manager) who has ten years of customer care experience.  Karlie is assisted by Ellie Paxton, Lucy Wall and Shannon Horrell-White.

Customer Care Team

I have lived in Barnstaple most of my life apart from the five years I spent in Plymouth studying Business and Economics and starting off my career. I joined Webbers early in 2015 and have loved every single minute of it. My role is dynamic, which I love, and it is a privilege to lead such a progressive team. My passion is people and what better way to pursue that passion than in this environment. When not at work my life revolves around family, friends and my fiancé and enjoying the beautiful North Devon coast and countryside. I am also a keen cook and enjoy entertaining family and friends.

Karlie Baker Customer Care Manager

I joined Webbers in 2015 as part of the Customer Care team and I love every minute of it. I love talking to people and discussing how I can make their moving process better. I enjoy building relationships with clients which I think is really important. I recently attended The University of Birmingham, studying Mathematics and French. Before that I spent a year in Madrid, Spain where I worked as an Au Pair and managed to pick up the language easily.

I began working for Webbers in September 2016 and was excited about joining the new Customer Care Department. I enjoy helping people move and supporting the team. Having lived in the beautiful North Devon countryside all my life I was brought up with a background in business as my family have owned and run their own business for thirty years. I am a qualified hairdresser and make-up artist and in my spare time I can be found attending to local clients’ needs by doing their hair and make-up.

Louise Colome Customer Care Team

I started working in Customer Care in 2015 and have never looked back. The best part of my job is being able to help people move. I really enjoy talking with clients and assisting them in whichever way I can; nothing is ever too much. I am fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful and breath-taking locations – Exmoor. I am what some might call a ‘country bumpkin’ due to my love of countryside pursuits and quite possibly my use of Exmoor lingo. I believe that all views of Exmoor are best seen between a horse's ears and to be frank what could possibly be better than galloping across the moor with far reaching views of Exmoor?
