Webbers are renowned for providing outstanding customer care. We are therefore looking for the right candidate to join our Customer Care department, where you will be part of a team supporting all 16 branches, to enhance our service - the Webbers way.

Department: Webbers Customer Care Team
Based: Head Office, Barnstaple
Position reports to: Customer Care Manager
Job Type: Part-time
Hours: 5pm - 8pm Monday to Friday (15hours/week)
Salary: £7 P/H

Job Summary:

•Take inbound calls from new and existing clients.
•Assist clients with their inquiries
•Preform admin tasks
•Meet individual and team sales targets
•Adhere to call quality guides

Required skills, experience and characteristics:

•Strong customer service skills
•Telesales or call centre experience desirable
•Previous estate agency experience desirable
•Previous reception work experience desirable
•Experience in Microsoft office including Word and Excel.
•Fantastic telephone manner.
•Be highly motivated, with a genuine `can do` attitude
•The ability to convey complex product information
•Experience in using complex in-house systems
•Have a good understanding of the sales process
•Work to daily / weekly targets, to achieve required KPI's
•A flexible, co-operative approach
•Keenness to apply yourself fully to training, both initially and on-going
•Show initiative and be a strong team player
