Customer Care Representative Webbers - Barnstaple EX31 A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within our head office. Webbers we are renowned for providing outstanding customer care. We are therefore looking for the right candidate to join our new Customer Care department, where you will be part of a team supporting all 16 branches, to enhance our customer care - the Webbers way. Department Webbers Customer Care Team Based Head Office, Barnstaple Position reports to Customer Care Manager Hours 12pm - 8pm Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays may be required) Salary Basic £13k per annum + commission Job Summary • Contact new and established clients • Assist clients with their enquiries • Make outbound sales calls • Receive inbound customer care calls • Meet individual and team sales targets • Adhere to call quality guides Required skills, experience and characteristics • Strong customer service skills • Telesales or call centre experience • Previous estate agency experience desirable • The ability to make a high volume of outbound calls • Have a good understanding of the sales process • Be highly motivated, with a genuine `can do` attitude • You need a proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets • Work to daily / weekly targets, to achieve required KPI's • The ability to convey complex product information • Experience in using complex in-house systems • A flexible, co-operative approach • Keenness to apply yourself fully to training, both initially and on-going • Show initiative and be a strong team player Please contact Karlie Baker, Manager Webbers Customer Care Please email your CV to: e: karlie.baker@webbers.co.uk or DDI 01271 347891 We will send you an application form.
