Minehead Office
Minehead is often referred to as "The Gateway to Exmoor" and nestles on the West Somerset coastline of the Bristol channel surrounded by the superb open countryside of the Exmoor National Park and the Brendon and Quantock Hills. The town has a population of aruond 10,000 and is made up predominantly of Victorian and Edwardian properties, popular 1930's houses and, during the 1970's a large number of bungalows were built to cater for the many people who retire to the area.
Office and Staff
Minehead office opened in 1988 and now provides a full range of property services to include residential sales, Fine and Country sales, commercial, lettings and survey. Kevin Prescott, the manager, leads a team of highly dedicated staff who include Toby Brewer, Sharon Jackman, Jayne Dover, Kathy Stenner, Leigh Cleminson, Sarah Priest and Andrew Hobbs, who runs the lettings side of the business.
