South Molton is a bustling market town set in the foothills of Exmoor National Park and only 12 miles from the regional centre of Barnstaple.  With a long history and once the centre for the local wool trade, the town now provides a complete range of amenities including a Sainsbury supermarket, 4 banks, 2 health centres, schools for all ages and a twice weekly local market.  The town stands just off the A361 which provides a quick route to Tiverton, the M5 and national rail links at Tiverton Parkway.

Webbers first opened in South Molton over 25 years ago and is one of 16 offices. The ofice is led by chartered surveyor, Michael Cooke MRICS with over 30 years experience and assisted by a very enthuiastic and professional team with a combined experience of over 45 years.  The South Molton Office has fully embraced the rapid advance in marketing techniques whilst striving to deliver an award winning level of service.
