Taunton Office
Taunton is the county town of Somerset, its population is around 100,000 and is rising due to major residential development. Taunton enjoys an excellent geographical location being approximately 43 miles from Bristol and 32 miles from Exeter with M5 motorway access at Junction 25 and paddington Line rail station.
The town is steeped in history affording a varied range of housing stock with many Victorian terraced houses, modern estates, purpose built flats and retirement complexes. In addition, there is an excellent choice of state and private schools and sporting facilities. The town is surrounded by a rich diversity of countryside and is approxmately equidistance travelling time to both the North and South coaslines.
Office and Staff
Webbers opened in Taunton in 1995 and enjoys a prime location in the pedestrian High Street in the heart of the town. Our main office handles the sales of residential property including land and new homes also assisting in the disposal of commercial property. We have an in house mortgage advisor and we are able to offer advice on surveys and the lettings market. Our adjoining Fine and Country office provides an attractive showroom and acts as a co-ordinating office for the promotion of Fine and Country properties offered from the Taunton office and our other local Webbers offices.
The office is managed by Edward Thorne, who has over 20 years experience in Estate Agency, and is assisted by a team of people including Chris Brewer, Gail Durbin, Noella Bishop, Natasha Tuck, Donna Dyke, Beverley Jenkins and Will Richardson, the mortgage advisor who, between them, have well over 100 years experience in the business.
