The rural market town of Wiveliscombe is the centre of the beautiful part of West Somerset known as the 10 Parishes, hence our FM radio station, '10 Radio'.  It nestles beneath Exmoor, the Brendon Hills, the Vale of Taunton Deane, loking towards the Quantocks and the Blackdowns.  Our distance from Taunton ensures its vibrant community and self sufficient nature, socially, educationally and economically.   With great schools and a wide range of shops and services, sports clubs and happy people, it certainly is a great place to live.  All our staff live in here and would be delighted to answer any of your questions.

Our three ladies, Jean, Di and Sarah, have a vast combined experience in Estate Agency and pride themselves on their excellent customer service, defined by the fact that all our customers are already our friends and neighbours.  Likewise, if you are new to Wiveliscombe, you will soon be our friend and neighbour.  Bruce Keay manages the office and has an in depth knowledge of the local property market and its vagaries!  He is happy to advise vendors and buyers alike, and all of us are available to help you.
