DESIGN FEATURES SO GOOD YOU DONT EVEN KNOW THEY ARE THERE
Below are some of the features you won’t instantly notice but which make a huge difference to how you enjoy the space.
BRIGHT, AIRY, LOFT LIKE LIVING
The main living space of our homes offers a vaulted loft-like ceiling. Coupled with the added roof lights and floor-to-ceiling glazing, this will create a light open and airy feel to the room.
NON-STANDARD CEILING HEIGHTS
Typically, new homes will be designed with 2.4m ceiling heights. This is simply down to an ease of construction process. A sheet of plasterboard is 2.4m so can easily be installed into the wall without cutting. This is where we differ. For all rooms in our homes (excluding the higher main living space) the ceiling is designed at 2.6m high. This creates a lot of extra work but the desired effect is something that is discretely amazing.
EXTERNAL GARDEN, PRIVACY & VIEWS
Glass as a balustrade material offers exceptional uninterrupted views, however it does not offer privacy. Our front roof terrace gardens have been designed with a 700mm* wall (to offer privacy and shelter from prevailing wind) which we then fronted with stone to keep that seamless aesthetic above the garage. Above, we designed a 400mm frameless glass panel so you can still see the views when seated. The desired look of the balustrade is a very substantial, attractive feature giving both privacy and outlook.
NATURAL LIGHT
Besides the floor to ceiling glazing in the living space, we also added 5 oversized vertical windows bringing the sill height to floor level. The desired effect creates extra light in the room and connects the outside with the inside. To further this we added bi-fold doors out to the front garden to maximise the indoor-outdoor living.
GARAGE SPACES*
We know there are not many of us who use the garage for its intended purpose these days. This is why we offer our garages fully insulated & heated with an insulated, electrically operated door.
ENTRY
The front door is linked to a remote opening system that can be opened from the main living space. This is operated by a simple intercom switch system which means you don’t have to go downstairs to let in your guests. * Excludes Plot 1.
SECURITY
Our properties are designed in such a way to limit access to the sides and rears of the property. Access is only available from the single side access with a high level gate.
