LOCATION Little Rosemellyn Barn is located just a short drive from the rural hamlet of Tremodrett located between Bugle and Roche and only a short drive from the main A30 trunk road. The barn has only one near neighbour and enjoys a lovely peaceful setting accessed off a quiet country lane.
THE PROPERTY The property is approached through a five bar gate onto the gravelled entrance drive which offers parking for several cars. From Bodmin take the A389 to Lanivet. Continue through the village and out to the Innis Downs roundabout and take the second exit onto the old A30 road. Follow this road along, go down a dip and take the left hand turning under the A30 signposted to Tremodrett. Follow this road along for approximately a mile then take the first left hand turning. Follow this road down past Tremodrett Farm and House and at the bottom bear left and go past a chapel on the right hand side. Continue under the railway bridge and after a short distance the property will be found on the right hand side.
