Quintrell Downs is located on the outskirts of Newquay, just 3 miles from the heart of the town centre and the beaches. The village has a Spar shop with Post Office counter. There are 2 pubs and a Table Table Restaurant.
Quintrell Downs lies along a Newquay to Truro bus route and there is a branch line rail service to Newquay in one direction and the mainline at Par in the opposite direction.
The City of Truro, Cornwall's County town and business centre is approximately 12 miles away. Watergate Bay, home to Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Restaurant, is less than 5 miles distant.
Cornwall Airport Newquay is just 6 miles from town. The airport offers services to a number of UK destinations and this currently includes a daily service to London Gatwick and Manchester. Over the last couple of years Ryanair have offered Summer season flights to Alicante, Faro and Frankfurt Hahn.
From Webbers Newquay office, proceed along Henver Road (A3058) towards St Columb Minor. Continue along this road until entering the village of Quintrell Downs. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit (straight ahead). Drive along this road and take the first left turn into Trethiggey Crescent. Follow the road around to the right and number 22A can be seen on the left hand side.
