The Cottage is a rustic rural cottage which has maintained much character, whilst also providing modern interior and exterior luxuries.

The approach to the property from the road is accessible by the front gate, which will take you directly to the front door. Or alternatively around the conservatory to the back garden. Through the front door, you will come to the kitchen with built-in appliances such as an electric oven and hob and dishwasher. There is also a log burner and to the left of this is the entrance to the conservatory which you can view and access the back garden. To the other side of the kitchen you will find the living room. Under the stairs, there is a utility room which includes a washing machine. This also leads to the shower room and W.C.

Up the stairs, on the right you will be lead to the master bedroom which has storage space and views onto the south. On the other side of the hallway you will first find the smaller bedroom, and next to that you will find the second largest bedroom which has views looking onto the south and east, down the road into St Kew.

The rear garden is gravelled and leads up to a patio which overlooks the property.

The property is a short walk away from the local amenities, including the local pub. Whilst being central to the village of St Kew Highway, The Cottage is a short drive to north Cornish beaches such as Polzeath and Rock. Routes to larger towns such as Wadebridge and Bodmin are rarely ever more than 25 minutes drive away.
