From our office in Ilfracombe High Street, applicants are advised to proceed in an easterly direction following the A399 into the village of Combe Martin. Upon entering the village with the seaside on the left hand side, follow the High Street along for approximately 2 miles passing the Pack O' Cards public house and the Church on the right hand side. Take the right hand sign signposted to Barnstaple. Follow this road leading out of the village for approximately 2 miles looking out for Wheel Farmhouse located on the left hand side. Just after this building turn immediately left, follow the road a short way passing the turning into Wheel Farmhouse and there is a signpost for Brookside Lodge and Thornlands on the left hand side. Follow this lane down which after a few hundred yards brings you to the property.
