Following Brexit and an unsettled sales market I am pleased to say that the adverse is true of the rental property market, in fact in our Bideford Office, July & August have been particularly busy and September was the best ever financial month for rentals. October and November are also proving to be very busy.
We have a large number of applicants looking for rental property but not enough property available to meet this demand.
