The summer weather may well have been disappointing but the enthusiasm of home buyers has not been dampened. Property Sales have seen a marked improvement since April and we do seem to have returned to a more seasonal market place which would indicate that we can expect a busy time in September and October. Property prices, to the best part, remain static for those that are sensibly priced and on many occasions new instructions are selling within 2/3 weeks of being placed on the market.

The autumn months will be busy for Webbers who will, once again, be attending the West Country Property Exhibition in Solihull, West Midlands, and attending the Negotiator Magazine Estate Agency Awards in November where we hope to continue with our award winning success.
