Braunton, one of North Devon's little known gems.  A village that grew up around local farms to one side and sea faring on the other.  These days, the village (reputedly the largest in England) is a mix of ancient cottages, a small amount of Victorian develpoment and then the main expansion of properties from the late 1960's to present date. 

Braunton sits just a couple of miles from some of the best sandy surfing beaches in the UK, and is a magnet for those looking to change their lifestyle.  A full working vibrant village with 3 junior schools, senior school and a friendly, warm feeling.

Office and Staff

A dedicated team, the Braunton staff combine experience, compassion and very high levels of customer service.  Three full time members in the shape of Lindsay Bates with 9 years in Estate Agency, Leonie harrison with 10 years and Amy Sawyer, who looks after our admin and is our anchor.  We have a part time lady in Angie Hood who has worked on and off for Webbers for 10 years.   At the helm is Colin thorne who has managed the office for 23 years but has been with the company for over 25 years.  We are a residential sales office who actively support all of our specialist departments.  We sell a range of property emcompassing first homes right up to spectacular ocean side residences.
