Our specialist Commercial office was established in the early 1970's to serve the business community in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset with the Commercial Head Office being situated in the town of Barnstaple, which is recognised as North Devon's commercial centre having a population in the region of 27,500 inhabitants.  Our other two specialist Commercial Departments work from our Webbers Offices in Newquay and Minehead.  The department itself covers an area from Taunton in Somerset to Newquay in Cornwall and is dedicated to offering advice on all aspects of Commercial property.

 Office and Staff

The Commercial team is headed by Manager, and Webbers Associate Director, Tony Foster MNAEA MICBA,  who has 34 years experience in all aspects of the Commercial sector which would include the valuation of freehold and leasehold premises, sales advice and sales negotiator.  His senior assistant, Lynne Storton, joined the department 2 years ago and deals with sales progression, office management and applicant data base.  The most recent addition to the Commercial Department is Becky Raby, trainee, who assists Lynne and is responsible for all the office administration.

The Commercial Department is located at the back of the main Barnstaple Residential office having two private offices where your business sale or purchase can be discussed confidentially.
