Lettings Advisor

As our lettings and property management department continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who shares our commitment to excellent service to join our team.

The role

The main duties of the Lettings Advisor will include:

• Assist with the management of an existing portfolio of properties and help proactively grow our register.
• Conduct maintenance visits and prepare reports, inventories and check-outs.
• Work within a busy, customer-facing branch, dealing with a variety of customer service and administrative tasks.
• Handle telephone, online and walk-in enquiries from customers.
• Manage client expectations, including arranging viewings, providing feedback and dealing with ad hoc queries.
• Conduct viewing appointments and provide feedback.
• Undertake general administration duties, including creating property details and property reports.
