The Webbers Launceston office has a vacancy for a “trainee property advisor’. Our Launceston office occupies a prominent, site in the centre of the town and handles a wide range of properties, modern, traditional town houses, family homes, an excellent Fine & Country business, and new homes.

The Job description

The successful candidate will form part of a team that work closely together to ensure the smooth running of the office, following the direction and guidance from senior management, to ensure that service standards and targets are met full training on a number of topics will be given and a full job description viewed at interview stage.  You will be confident with using social media and producing video content. This is a people facing role and therefore an outgoing and positive attitude is essential, with sales and customer facing experience a distinct advantage. Smart business-like appearance and a full driving licence ad access to a vehicle for use is essential.

Key duties will include:

•    Greeting the general public in the office and answering phones

Interviewing buyers and sellers both face to face in the office and on the phone
•    Actively selling properties, making viewings, attending some viewing appointments
•    Following up viewings and encouraging offers. 
•    Actively using our software system to ensure accurate recording of information
•    Work in collaboration with associated offices, referring clients to our many business partners
•    Assisting with general office support and administration. 
•    Working to high standards in-line with company/industry compliance.
•    Being prepared to contribute to branch social media content

The hours of work


This is a full-time position, hours of work will be 8.45 – 5:30pm plus 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis, 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Salary

There will be a Salary that will be discussed at interview stage.
