Fine & Country celebrated the success of its network at the brand’s Annual Conference, Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony, held on Friday 27th March 2026 at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. The event was a particularly memorable occasion, combining a celebration of excellence across the network with the brand’s 25th anniversary.
Bringing together leading offices and agents from across the network, the day focused on achievement, innovation and the future of the market.
Award recognition on the night
The gala dinner and awards ceremony recognised leading offices and agents for their exceptional performance over the past year. These awards celebrated those across the international network who have worked tirelessly to promote the brand while delivering outstanding customer service and innovative marketing.
This year also saw the introduction of a new special commendation award for the 2025 period, adding an extra sense of occasion to the evening.
Special commendation award announced
During the ceremony, it was announced that the new special commendation award had been presented to the Minehead and Exmoor team.
The recognition reflects significant growth over the past two years and highlights a strong commitment to innovation, service and local engagement. The team was recognised not only for being a leading presence in its area for country homes, but also for its fresh approach through property launch agent days and active involvement in the Exmoor community.
It was especially fitting that Ginny Saunders, Exmoor Property Director was present to collect the award alongside Managing Director, Malcolm Prescott on behalf of the wider team.
Reflecting on the recognition, Ginny said: “This award is a real reflection of the wider Minehead and Exmoor team’s hard work, support and shared commitment. To be recognised for our approach is something I’m incredibly proud of.”
