Damion Braund Appointed Local Director of Webbers Bude
We are very pleased to confirm that Damion Braund has been appointed Local Director of our Bude branch, taking up the role with immediate effect.
Damion is already a familiar and highly respected figure within the office, having served as Residential Sales and Lettings Manager for the branch. During that time, he has become an integral part of the Bude team, helping to deliver excellent service and strong results for clients across the area.
A true local, Damion brings with him an excellent knowledge of Bude and the surrounding villages, which will serve him exceptionally well in his new position. His understanding of the local market, combined with his enthusiasm, ideas and commitment to the branch, make him a natural choice to lead the office into its next chapter.
Damion is excited to take on the responsibility of leading the Bude team and is already looking ahead to introducing new initiatives that will strengthen collaboration, enhance performance, and support the continued success of the office.
Supported by the branch’s well-established and experienced team, we are confident that Damion will thrive in his new role and continue to build on the strong reputation Webbers holds in Bude.

Joshua Braddick Appointed Local Director of Webbers Bideford
We are also extremely pleased to announce that Joshua Braddick has been appointed Local Director of our Bideford office, with immediate effect.
Joshua joined Webbers in June 2022, bringing with him valuable experience from a smaller independent estate agency in Bideford, where he developed a strong background in all aspects of residential agency. Since joining Webbers, he has made a significant impact and quickly established himself as a key member of the team.
As a well-known local, Joshua has strong family and community ties, as well as a wide network of professional contacts something that is particularly valuable in a competitive and fast-moving market such as Bideford. His local knowledge, drive and relationships have all contributed to the continued success of the office.
During his time with Webbers, Joshua has excelled as a leading valuer across both the residential and Fine & Country sectors and soon progressed into the role of Assistant Manager. His appointment to Local Director reflects the outstanding contribution he has already made and the confidence the business has in his leadership.
Joshua takes over a successful and well-supported office, backed by an excellent sales and lettings team. His forward-thinking approach and ambition will no doubt help drive continued growth and success in Bideford.
