Andrea Merritt ACMA CGMA

Born and raised in Devon, I have a deep connection to the region and its community. I have accumulated extensive experience and expertise in financial management including completing the CIMA qualification in 2013, since joining the Company in 2007. I was honoured to be made a Board Director in 2024.

My role is multifaceted, encompassing both financial oversight and human resources management. I am dedicated to ensuring the financial health of the company while also fostering a supportive and productive work environment for all employees. 
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy reading, gentle walking (not 10 mile hikes), good food and wine with my husband.
