Henry Swain MNAEA

I was born in Surrey and relocated with my family at the age of nine. I began my agency career in 2016 and have since developed extensive knowledge across all aspects of the industry. 

Starting as an apprentice, I quickly progressed through the ranks and was most recently promoted to Local Director of the busy and highly successful Ilfracombe office in April 2025. I take great pride in helping clients and delivering a consistently high standard of service throughout every stage of the buying and selling process. 

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, surfing, and boxing training. Most importantly, I value spending time with my wife, whether that’s exploring the North Devon countryside or travelling and discovering new places together.
