Joshua Braddick

Having started a career in Estate Agency back in 2020, I was fortunate to join the Webbers Bideford team in 2022 as a Valuer/Property Adviser.  In April 2025 I was promoted to Residential Sales Manager within the branch, so this is something I am incredibly proud of.  

There is so much to love about the job which includes meeting and advising clients on their potential home moves and helping them navigate what is often one of life’s biggest decisions.

Having been born and bred in Bideford, I am extremely passionate about the town, the surrounding areas, and everything North Devon has to offer. I feel incredibly lucky to live in such a sought-after location, with its fantastic countryside, stunning coastline, and beautiful beaches.

I got married in 2023, and my wife and I have 3 very energetic boys — as you can imagine, life at home is never quiet!  Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends and exploring the abundance of fantastic local restaurants across the region.  I spend a lot of my weekends with the boys at their various sporting fixtures and when I do get some spare time to myself, I try and squeeze in the occasional round of golf.
