Rea Proctor

Having lived in North Devon all my life, I have a genuine appreciation and understanding of the local area and community. With several years of experience in the estate agency business, I was delighted to join Webbers in 2025 and feel fortunate to be part of such a supportive and dedicated team.

I’m passionate about meeting clients and helping them find their perfect home, as well as showcasing the wonderful range of properties we have available. I also enjoy spending time at the show home at Heanton Lea Meadows, where I love welcoming visitors and sharing what makes the development so special.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and caring for my dogs, horse, and rabbit!
