Vanessa Williams

I began my career in property within a conveyancing department for a firm of solicitors in Cornwall before joining Webbers in 2009 as an Administrator in our Launceston office. I soon progressed to Sales Negotiator and, in 2013, became Rental Manager, opening and managing rental departments across Cornwall.

In 2020, I was promoted to Training and Development Specialist based in our Barnstaple head office, supporting and training colleagues across all offices. In addition to this, from September 2025, I will also be covering a maternity leave in the Barnstaple lettings office, conducting valuations, and assisting in the day-to-day lettings tasks.

I have passed both my Sales and Lettings Guild Property Professionals exams and am currently studying for my Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents. I enjoy the variety and fast pace of lettings, and outside of work, I love cycling the Tarka Trail, visiting our beaches, gardening, and travelling with my family.
