If we manage your home on behalf of your landlord you can report a repair by completing the form below. For out of hours emergencies (where you or the property are at immediate risk of harm) call 01271 440241.

To help us diagnose and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please upload clear photographs. There is no limit on the number of photos you can send.
As well as an explanation of the problem, please include details such as room/location, model numbers of any appliance.
The next steps are that we will contact your landlord for instructions and arrange for a contactor to liaise directly with you for access.
