Andrew Simpson, Board Director at Webbers Property Services, has been awarded Fellow grade membership (FNAEA) by National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA Propertymark), the highest level of professional recognition within the organisation.
Andrew, who has worked within the estate agency profession for 28 years, has built an extensive and respected career founded on integrity, in-depth market knowledge and a steadfast commitment to professional standards. His promotion to Fellow grade recognises both his significant experience and his long-standing dedication to the profession.
Propertymark, the professional body for property agents, continues to strengthen its focus on professionalism and consumer protection. In 2026, the organisation will introduce a new fully independent Regulatory Board, a landmark step designed to further enhance standards and reinforce public confidence across the sector.
Professional qualifications and continued development remain central to Propertymark’s mission to ensure agents provide accurate information, trusted advice and responsible guidance to the public. At the same time, the organisation recognises the exceptional value of long-standing experience and sustained commitment within the profession. Fellow grade status is reserved for those who demonstrate both.
Nathan Emerson FNAEA, MARLA, MNAEA (Comm), Chief Executive Officer of Propertymark commented: “Andrew’s achievement of Fellow status is a significant professional milestone and a testament to his dedication to upholding the highest standards within estate agency. Fellowship recognises individuals who not only demonstrate extensive experience and expertise, but who also show an ongoing commitment to professionalism, ethical practice and consumer protection.
“At Propertymark, our focus remains on raising standards across the sector and ensuring the public can have confidence in the advice and service they receive from qualified agents. Andrew’s long-standing contribution to the profession and his commitment to continuous development embody exactly what the Fellow grade represents. We are delighted to see his hard work and professionalism recognised in this way.”
As a Fellow of the NAEA, Andrew is now entitled to use the designatory letters FNAEA, signifying his highly regarded standing within the profession and his adherence to the highest standards of practice and conduct.
Commenting on the achievement, Andrew Simpson said: “I am immensely proud to be recognised as a Fellow of NAEA Propertymark. Over the past 28 years, I have seen considerable change within our industry, and maintaining professional standards has never been more important. This accreditation reflects not only my personal commitment, but also Webbers’ dedication to delivering trusted advice and exceptional service to our clients.”
