We are delighted to announce that Shannon Lethaby from our Ilfracombe office has been shortlisted for the ESTAS People Awards 2026, recognising her outstanding commitment to customer service and dedication to helping clients achieve their property goals.
The ESTAS is widely regarded as the UK's most respected award scheme for estate agents, conveyancers and mortgage advisers. Unlike many industry awards, ESTAS accolades are determined entirely by verified customer reviews submitted at the end of a property transaction, making this recognition particularly meaningful.
This year's shortlist was compiled following the analysis of more than 300,000 customer review ratings from across the UK property sector. The ESTAS People Awards specifically celebrate individuals who consistently go above and beyond to support clients throughout their property journey. Only sixty professionals nationwide have earned a place on this year's shortlist.

The winners and Highly Commended recipients will be announced at the 23rd annual ESTAS Awards ceremony in London on 16 October, hosted by property expert Phil Spencer and attended by more than 1,200 of the UK's leading property professionals.
