The Spinnakers building is located along Pentire Avenue which forms part of the sought after Pentire Peninsula. The area is within a short walk of Newquay's famous Fistral Beach and the town centre shops and bars are within walk for most people. Lewinnick Lodge Bar and Restaurant, renowned for its good food and spectacular views is just a few minutes walk away.

Pentire is the quiet part of the Newquay offering some of the best views of the surrounding coastline with Fistral Beach on one side and the beautiful Gannel Estuary on the opposite side.

There is a branch line rail service from Newquay to the mainline at Par. Cornwall Newquay Airport is just 5 miles from town and offers scheduled flights to a number of UK and European destinations (some seasonal). These include Alicante Faro and Frankfurt Hahn.
