Watermouth is situated twixt the seaside town of Ilfracombe and the coastal village of Combe Martin and has acces to the many facilities, amenities and attractions that North Devon has to offer. The park provides a great base from which to explore the delights of the area with the Exmoor National Park with its stunning scenery and clifftop walks, bridleways, footpaths and tumbling rivers, woodland and open moorland just a short distance away. The outstanding golden sand beaches at Woolacombe, Putsborough, Croyde and Saunton area all just a 20 minute drive away and there are an array of rocky coves and bays to explore and enjoy. The third bedroom is set up as a twin room. The vaulted ceilings within the lodge amplify the feeling of space. Gas fired central heating and uPVC double glazing provide all year round comforts. A real highlight of this lodge is the huge raised wrap-around sun terrace which sits on two sides of the lodge with the main sitting area being accessed via a door from the living room and providing an area of 25ft x 10ft which is great for an al-fresco meal, drinks and sun bathing. To top that off, there are views between the trees out towards the Bristol Channel and the Welsh coastline beyond. There is parking allocated for the lodge immediately adjacent to the building.
