www.northdevon.gov.uk/planning

In regard to Lot One, the local Planning Authority granted Outline Permission on 17 December 2021 under application number 70959 for the demolition of school buildings and erection of 15 dwellings (open market) together with associated works. In this particular instance there is no requirement for affordable housing.

The architects drawings provide for an attractive scheme of three bedroom homes in a courtyard style.

In regard to Lot Two, the local Planning Authority granted permission for the re-instatement of access for the Mill house and former Mill buildings.

In addition, under application number ENQ/0094/2022, following pre-application planning enquiries, a favourable response was given for the change of use of the former Mill house to a dwelling. This provides a wonderful opportunity in a semi rural location to create a character home set in a few acres and with water frontage. Lot Two includes the former Mill building complete with water wheel together with an additional outbuilding.

This interesting freehold development opportunity is for sale by Private Treaty as a whole or in two lots (subject to negotiation).
