Competition Terms and conditions

 

Welcome to our Facebook Competition! Please read the following rules carefully before entering the contest.

1. Eligibility: This contest is open to anyone who is at least 18 years old and has a valid Facebook account. Employees of our company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must like our Facebook page, like the competition post, and comment on the post with their answer to the contest question. Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. Prize: The prize will be clearly stated in the competition post. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and must be accepted as awarded. The winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced on our Facebook page within one week of the contest closing date. The winner will also be notified by direct message on Facebook.
5. Claiming the Prize: The winner will have 7 days from the date of the winner announcement to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this time, another winner will be selected.
6. Publicity: By participating in the competition, participants agree to have their name and likeness used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7. Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that we deem inappropriate or fraudulent.
8. Facebook: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook. By participating, participants release Facebook from any and all liability related to the competition.
9. Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the competition rules at any time without notice.
10. Employees of Webbers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. This includes any individuals who are directly or indirectly involved in the planning, execution, or administration of the contest.
