1. Eligibility:
- The competition is open to current vendors, current fully managed landlords, and new instructions for property for sale and fully managed landlords who have signed a contract with Webbers Property Services Ltd during the competition period.
- Participants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2. Competition Period:
The competition will run for a duration of 5 Months, starting from 1st January 2024 and ending on 31st May 2024
3. How to Enter:
- Participants will automatically be entered into the draw upon signing a contract for property sale or property management services with Webbers Property Services Ltd.
- No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the competition.
4. Draw and Prizes:
- A monthly draw will be conducted on the last day working of each month during the competition period.
- The winner of each monthly draw will receive a cash prize of £1924 ONLY.
- Once a participant's property completes or is withdrawn, they will be excluded from future monthly draws.
- Participants can only win once during the competition period.
5. Winner Notification:
- Winners will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days of the draw date.
- Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Exclusion Criteria:
- Employees of Webbers Property Services Ltd, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the competition.
- Webbers Property Services Ltd reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, or violate any terms and conditions.
7. Publicity:
- By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Webbers Property Services Ltd to use their name and photograph for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
- Winners grant Webbers Property Services Ltd the perpetual, worldwide, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute their photograph, name, and any accompanying statements for promotional and marketing purposes.
8. Exclusion from Publicity:
- Participants not wishing to have their photograph and name used for marketing purposes should notify Webbers Property Services Ltd in writing at the time of entry or promptly after winning. In such cases, alternative arrangements may be considered at the discretion of Webbers Property Services Ltd.
9. Right to Withdraw Prize:
Webbers Property Services Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize in the event at any time or if of any violation of the competition terms and conditions or any fraudulent activity.
10. General Terms:
- Webbers Property Services Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
- The decision of Webbers Property Services Ltd in all matters related to the competition is final and binding.
11. Privacy:
Personal information collected during the competition will be used in accordance with Webbers Property Services Ltd.’s privacy policy.
12. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England.
