Lee has been a pillar of the Webbers family for over 30 years, having led the Ilfracombe office with distinction. His leadership has been instrumental in building the branch into one of the most trusted and successful agencies in the region.
Respected by clients, colleagues, and developers alike, Lee’s calm, strategic approach and deep understanding of the local market have made him one of the most influential figures in our business.
In 2016, Lee was promoted to the Main Board of Directors, where he has played a key role in shaping the overall direction and growth of the company.
Shaping the Future: Land and New Homes
As Land and New Homes Director, Lee will lead the expansion and development of this vital part of our business across Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset.
His new role will focus on:
• Building and strengthening relationships with developers, landowners, planners, and architects
• Identifying land opportunities and advising on development potential
• Supporting clients from land acquisition and planning to sales strategy and final handover
• Ensuring our local teams are equipped to support and promote new build developments
With housing demand at an all-time high, Lee’s appointment ensures we are positioned to offer expertise, consistency, and strategic guidance to both developers and buyers across the South West.
