Matt Davey – Local Director, Barnstaple
Matt Davey has been promoted to Local Director of our Barnstaple office. Matt has been a driving force behind the branch’s recent success, earning the trust of his team and clients alike with his knowledge, calm leadership, and clear commitment to delivering results.
Matt now leads the office full-time as he takes over from Lindsay Braddick, who continues in her regional leadership role as Residential Sales Director.
Lauren Jones – Local Director, South Molton
In South Molton, we’re excited to see Lauren Jones step into the role of Local Director. Lauren has grown through the ranks with professionalism and purpose, becoming a respected figure in the local market. She leads her team with warmth, clarity, and a great understanding of what matters most to clients when buying or selling a home.
Joshua Braddick – Residential Sales Manager, Bideford
We’re also delighted to announce that Joshua Braddick has been promoted to Residential Sales Manager at our Bideford branch.
Josh has made a real impact in a short space of time — known for his positive energy, modern approach to estate agency, and strong customer focus. His promotion is a reflection of his excellent performance and leadership potential, and we’re excited to see him continue to thrive in his new role.
Henry Swain – Local Director, Ilfracombe
Henry Swain has been promoted to Local Director of Webbers Ilfracombe, stepping into a leadership role with confidence and capability. Henry is already well-regarded for his attention to detail, clear communication, and excellent local knowledge — making him the ideal person to guide the office into its next phase of success.
These promotions are supported and championed by Webbers' senior leadership team, all of whom have been instrumental in building a culture that recognises potential and rewards dedication.
